It is subtle at first, but is getting gradually worse until the worlds are experiencing weather that they shouldn't. (Deserts may be getting downpours or even snow, jungles may be experiencing their first droughts, etc.)

[[ At 10:00 PM, Radiant Garden Time, all Navigational systems are back up and running again. ]]
