The drownings in Andalasia suddenly stop. Citizens are baffled, but they express nothing short of relief that it is finally over.
Atlantica, however, is struggling not to fall into a state of panic. Fish are increasingly showing up dead on the ocean’s surface, and many land-dwellers are falling ill, for no apparent reason. The merpeople of Triton's kingdom are blaming this on the presence of the Heartless and their growing numbers, but this has yet to be confirmed.
On a lighter note, Queen Minnie and some Disney Town citizens have started planning for the Dream Festival! Announcements go out, saying that the festival will be held in mid-April. Don't be afraid to contribute to the festival, either; there is always more fun to be had!
Out of CharacterAqua and Master Xehanort are available for apping. There may be Birth by Sleep spoilers for you, though.

Mages who know fourth-tier magic are capable of teaching low-level spells. We know this. What you don't know is that now, we are allowing fourth-tier mages to teach higher spells, such as second and even third-tier spells, given time. Keep in mind, though, that you will need to have a
lot of experience with your magic in order to do this. We'd recommend that, at this point, teaching second and particularly third-tier spells be limited to those of you that have known a fourth-tier spell since World Refugees 2.
