I would follow a little girls into suspicious foggy towns, chase a thousand crimson butterflies, and watch a million cursed videotapes before I would ever, EVER willingly choose to be put though a zombie adventure.

So what do I get? ZOMBIES, NATURALLY. Fuck my life, fuck it.



And to top it all off, my county government is completely incompetent. It took them two hours to finally realize that, gee, we should get everyone either underground or really high up. So yeah, we've got people in basements and cellars down here, and I've been running around trying to calm people down, deliver food/supplies/etc, and killing zombies where I need to. Thankfully my area is pretty easy to manage, but I wish we had more potions. I horded a ton of them, but not enough to last.

I'm just glad the the Magic Flu hasn't reached us down here yet...I don't know about the rest of Earth, but I still feel fine. I do wish I had some Holy Water - that what was used to cure zombie status in the Final Fantasy games, right? But I don't know if it even really exists, so...potions and cure spells it is.

...Still though, doesn't this whole thing just seem suspicious to you guys? I mean, a zombie invasion by itself is weird enough, but a zombie invasion on this date? This may seem like a giant leap, but I can't help but wonder if this isn't some sort of distraction. Not the mention the fact that we just found the cure to the disease that's been holding our attention for months.

I don't know. I just hope this goes away, and soon.

It certainly does feel like someone's playing with us. Someone who knows a lot.

Maybe, but honestly? None of this seems like a coincidence to me. But that just loops right back to us not having enough information and...bah!

C'mon, zombies aren't so bad! We can get through this! Grab a gun, get some folks and get out there. We're comitting zombie!adventure mistake number one by waiting for them to come to us. Hide the people who can't fight.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I've been doing. Small southern town, so we have a lot of big guys with guns around here, thankfully. If there's one thing I'll say about zombies, it's that they're weak, slow, and stupid.

Cameras are easier to handle then guns, dammit. And scary little girls don't usually come in bulk.
