Okay, I've mentioned I hate earthquakes, right? Good. Just in case anyone didn't hear me shriek at that last one. Song, I'm gonna check on you in a bit, okay? Just in case you need anything. Mabry, Jalen's willing to help you and Brendan with Ashlyn if you need it. I've also been teaching him how to cook during my better moments, so he can help with that too.

Crys, are you and Will all right? I haven't heard from you and I'm worried.

Fever started last night. It's not too bad right now. I can still get around, anyway. No lectures, I'm getting enough from Jalen.

Oh, you caught me. Heh. I just didn't want you to worry. The only reason I'm using capital letters is because Will keeps coming over and fixing my grammatical issues. He's good at pointing them out...

nope, no magic for him. he's never felt the need to learn it. jalen's more of a slice-it-up-with-a-sword kind of guy. especially if it looks at me cross-eyed.
