Alright, folks, that's enough.

I'm closing the game for good. That means locked comms, frozen posts, everything. It was decided that the game should end, and so, we're making it happen. I even warned Aria about this the other day, you know? Rak's post? Us mods had that gem planned, and we were merely waiting for our opportunity to bring it out in the open. Congratulations! This was the opportunity! Hope you've all had fun, because Xehanort (you see him there, in that post?) has decided to step in and make things the way they should be. This is what happens when you screw with the multiverse, you know? The Big Bad decides to take matters into his own hands and reset the time stream, all to achieve those nasty little goals that were undone by us meddling kids. So yes, the world is actually ending, everyone is going to die, and no, there is no escape. Hope you've all learned something from this, because I sure have!

What was that, you ask?

Well, it's a simple little thing really, and what it basically amounts to is that you guys just don't know Rakath as well as I thought you did. Or me, really. See, while good ol' Ray here has been inactive in the game of late, she has still kept close tabs on the goings on! And she also takes it upon herself to keep a bunch of the oldbies informed. See them all coming out of the woodwork? Yep, that's my work! And Rak's. Mostly Rak's, actually.

I guess you folks don't remember, but Rakath will go to lengths to do what Rakaths do. What do Rakaths do? And Rays, in this case? They troll! Shamelessly!

So juuuuust to make sure everything's clear, Rak's post? All that activity you thought was an explosion of old folks coming back for your last hurrah? And the entire first paragraph of this post, for that matter? As hilarious as it was that someone was actually taking it all seriously, even though I was planning to just let it go on and watch with popcorn in hand?
