[There is humming in the background - sounds like "Strangers Like Me" - and the sound of pencil on paper, as if someone was drawing. There's a "hmph", followed by some shuffling.]

Shoot, did I leave the laptop on?

[Footsteps grow louder as they approach the laptop and then...dead silence. Then a short scream.]

OH SON OF A-!

[Footsteps are now very quickly retreating, followed by a door slamming shut. Loudly. A few more seconds of silence before the sound of legs skittering across the floor can be heard. A minute or so more and the laptop clicks off by itself.]

[[OOC: Arachnaphobic Chase just found one of these in the loft.]
