Okay guys, based on what I found, I’ve put together a sort of to-do list of preparations we need to make before we try to bring Radiant Garden back. This isn’t about the ritual itself—we’ll discuss that a little further down the road. But for now, here’s what we need to do…
Part One: We need to decide where we’re going to do this. This is going to take a ton of people working together to pull off, so it needs to have enough room for everyone to be comfortable.
Part Two: Here’s where we start assigning specific roles.
Aerith—you’re the one with the closest connection to Radiant Garden’s Heart. When we do this, we’re going to need you there to call it back.
Kairi—Radiant Garden is just as much your home as are the Destiny Islands. Also, you and the other Princesses of Heart command a great deal of Light. That’s going to be a vital asset for what we’ve got planned.
Yen Sid, Merlin—your knowledge of magic is invaluable here, especially regarding how a world is constructed and what holds it together. Any other powerful mages are also invited to help out here.
The Keybearers—the many worlds you’ve seen, including Radiant Garden, have left impressions of themselves on your Keyblades. Their connection to the Heart of all worlds—Kingdom Hearts—will help channel the gathered fragments of Radiant Garden together during the ritual.
Part Three: Put together a list of all the worlds the survivors were sent to. We need to track them down and get their help. We need as many people who called Radiant Garden home, as many individual sources of Light, as possible for this to work.
Part Four: There’s a list of, for lack of a better term, spell components that we need to collect. Yep, it’s Fetch Quest time—anyone surprised? There’s ten in all, each one corresponding to an element of magic (Fire, Blizzard, Thunder, Cure, Gravity, Stop, Aero, Magnet, Reflect, Holy), and they’re going to take a fair amount of effort to collect. Talk to me (via the comm or in person, whichever one you can, though in person is probably a better idea if at all possible) if you’re interested in volunteering to go get one.
With everyone’s cooperation, we should, theoretically, be able to make this work. HOWEVER, this is pretty much uncharted territory we’d be heading into, guys. Who knows what could happen along the way. The only thing I know for sure is that it’s not going to be easy. That said… I seriously think we can do this.
So, who’s with me?
(OOC: In order to sign up for collecting a crystal for Part Four, please comment on the State Of The Game post below. You can IC-ly tell me about it here or just handwave it, whichever you like, but make it official on the nice, shiny modpost. Thanks, guys!)
