I think I'm scaring Jalen. No, I know I'm scaring him. Had a nightmare last night that- you know, nightmare is too tame for it, actually. In any case, I haven't let him out of my sight since three am, which means I didn't sleep at all. I'm actually surprised I'm this coherent, but it happens.

We're going out soon to look some more. Jalen made the offhand comment that since the kid is so nature-oriented already, maybe Maleficent turned him into a tree. That's just a disturbing thought. Makes me think of the people of Zamballa. They're actually walking, talking trees. Should e-mail Will and ask her to go visit, see if they've noticed anything weird.
