What was up with the mistletoe, anyway? Or do these things just happen to you guys?
(I'm not telling how I got rid of it, so don't bother asking)

Bugs is being good, except he keeps sneaking out of my room to follow people around. Mostly Amy. I think cats get jealous of babies. My cousin's cat did the same thing to her for a year after her kid was born.
I admit I kinda sorta mighta been looking in backstreets and alleys for stray cats when I found him... College dorms wouldn't allow pets. I was deprived and stuff.

I was wondering, though... ok, the real reason for this post is to ask about magic. I know some of you have learned it. So how's it work and is it tough to learn?

When Eli's all grown up and I show him his scrapbook, he's going to disown me. Or himself. Or something. I've put loads more pictures in it since Christmas, because I bought him more adorable outfits with ducks and Moogles and grasshoppers and- Well, he's cute.

Jalen's been complaining a little about Eli acting funny, but c'mon, he's a baby. He's eleven months old and teething and staggering from chair to couch to leg...He's growing! I think Jalen just doesn't remember what childhood looks like, it's been so long. I mean, if I asked him what he felt like when Lucan or Rinan or Wacian started doing this stuff-

...Actually, better not to.

Um, anyway. Meddie's cat - I can call you that, right? I tend to nickname most everyone eventually, and- yeah. So her cat's been following me around a lot. It's cute, but I'm beginning to think I smell like catnip.

Oh yeah, Aria, in case I didn't say it enough the other night, those cookies were good.
