[ Aerith is bent over in her chair, holding her hands over her ears, eyes squeezed shut. She speaks in strained whispers. ]

Screams... I hear screams...

[ She takes a shaky breath, slowly dropping her hands and looking at the floor. ]

They're in pain. They're scared. They can't protect themselves anymore; it's not working. And I still can't hear Radiant Garden...

[ finally looks up at the screen with a pleading look ]

We have to help them. Somehow, we have to heal them.
