okay, this place is cursed against refugees or something. seriously.

long story short, not long after i posted, i got jumped by some monster. i'm not too well-read on my bestiary, but it was big and ugly and it knocked me out before i could kill it. proof positive that there must be a guardian angel looking out for me, tarzan must have finished it off, because when i woke up, i was in the tree house. jane's been taking care of me, so i'm doing okay...

problem is, there's a reason why i'm typing in lower caps. no, i'm not injured that badly. it's just that between checking up on me, tarzan and jane got kind of curious about my laptop and how it works. the good news is that jane put it back together, for the most part. the bad news is that the shift keys aren't working and it makes a kind of popping sound every so often. i'm still afraid to check on how my files are doing.

ow... okay, so my ankle's not doing so well, either. potions took care of most of it, but jane insists i take it easy for a while yet. so being alive is fantastic, but this place... somebody please get me out of here as soon as you can/

Yikes. I'm glad you're alright.

There's a great computer repair shop on Crescent Station. They can fix anything. You might try that, once the gummi ships are working.

As I recall, you were the one who so amiably replied to my laptop's story of woe. It was the world shift during the Dreaming debate, and most of the Refugees were not on friendly terms with Brixon at the time. Your kind word was almost a pleasure.

oh, i miss the beach and the ocean so badly right now. it must be wonderful to be able to enjoy it without having the heartless to worry about.
