[It turns on to desperate shouts, loud cracks of thunder, and howling wind. Ray yells something unintelligible and is met with more shouts from the crew members as water crashes against the ship.]

Dammit! Fucking storm came out of nowhe--

[Her words turn into a surprised yelp. There is a small crashing noise.]

John, look ou--!

[She stops again, breathing heavily. She's talking to herself when she speaks again.]

That's the third since this started...

Ari! Another one off the starboard side!

...Damn it. I don't know how we'll make it in this kind of--

[She's cut off as a wave hits. When it's gone, she's left choking on sea water and unable to speak for a while. When she does talk again, her voice is very strained.]

We should have... expected this... shouldn't we? Things were going so smoothly 'til now...

[A warning yell sounds. A grating sound is heard, and the audio is cut off to the sound of another wave crashes into the ship, people screaming as the water tears them away from the deck.]

...So. Sorry about disappearing for the past few days, Midnight, Ari. I had some things to do. I didn't think it'd take this long, or I probably would have told you guys.

Uh, anyway. Midnight! You all settled in yet? I know one of us got you enrolled and all... You should probably find a job while you're here, too, for the rent and all... Ari and I are gonna be heading out for a while soon, but I'll make sure to come back as soon as I can!

Speaking of heading out! We don't need to do that immediately or anything, but if we could do it soon (meaning hopefully by the end of the week), that'd be awesome. We'll probably have to stop by Radiant Garden momentarily before he go on to Port Royal, but yeah, if someone with a ship could pick the two of us up, we'd love you. Aria - you don't have to worry about trying to get us; you dropped us all off here in the first place, and I know you're busy with stuff.

[There are some noises in the background before it quiets down as Ray sighs.]
