[Shrek is at it again with giving us video of just-out-of-the-shower Roxas. Even worse, this time all he's got is a towel around his waist. Something's... odd, however. It seems his hair is... sparkling. And he clearly hasn't noticed yet as he pauses, mutters about the water dripping from his hair and returns to the bathroom to grab another towel to dry his hair a little more thoroughly.

It is after he has done a little more drying that he notices the towel sparkling a bit. It isn't glitter, though. He stare for a moment before uttering a string of curses we Refs would enjoy and returning to the bathroom again, this time emerging with the shampoo he used. The contents of the bottle sparkle in a way that might make one think of fairy dust. It's a purchase from a joke shop that had opened recently in Radiant Garden, a magic enhanced shampoo that leaves the hair with a glittery sparkle.]

Dammit, Shrek! I was going to sneak this on Riku! Shrek! Where are you? And you better not have hidden my translator amulet again! This stuff won't come out for a couple days at least. Damn...

[He walks off camera to the right, still grumbling. Shrek slide into frame from the left, grinning and snickering before turning the recording off. It not apparent when this video was taken.]

OoC: Can we say that it was actually taken the day before plot happenings to come?

[The video feed starts with a robed figure trying to improve the camera's brightness, as it is too dark to see anything properly with the default settings. Eventually dark clouds become visible in the background and the robed figure removes his hood to reveal a familiar face.]

"Salam, my friends! Lesley here! You need to see this!"

[He pans the camera for a better view on the racket behind him. Ominous black clouds are gathered above Agrabah and large portions of the desert, and dozens of yellow eyes can be seen in the shadows they leave on the ground. The view then returns to Lesley.]

"I know I should ask for extraction, but I want to help these people as long as I- ah godverdomme!"

[Due to the sudden dodge jump he had to make, the webcam came loose and fell off. As it tumbles along in the sand, blurry images of a Fat Bandit and Lesley drawing his saber can be seen. A short fight ensues between the two, before the Refugee dives through the fat Heartless's legs in order to avoid the latter's flamethrower, and hightails it to the city, laptop chucked under one arm, saber grasped in the other. Que Static Screen of Death.]

Things just seem to keep getting worse. Even after it gets better things just keep getting worse again after a while.

I have to ask myself if I'm strong enough to keep going. The answer? Maybe not.

I feel almost like I'm going to break. I'm tired. One can only take constant doom for so long.

I imagine I gave up once. I don't entirely remember. When Earth was swallowed by darkness, so was I. It haunts me on occasion. When I'm feeling down mostly. Dreams of darkness. I suppose I was a Heartless. Most people that were Heartless probably don't even remember that much...

Why am I thinking of this now? Lack of sleep? The world that may or may not have been swallowed by darkness by now?

...

I should try to sleep now. Seph is giving me a 'I'm worried about you but, I'm not saying anything because I don't really know what to say.' look. Or he just doesn't want to sound like the Mother Hen type.

Either way, time to attempt sleep.
