Being back here, staying with my family in the house I grew up in, it almost feels like none of this ever happened...

And you were wrong, Mabry. People don't recognize me.
Well... okay, most people don't recognize me. Rob at the comic store knew where and what I'd been because my dad told him, and certain people at Fellowship knew for the same reason or because they paid attention to news about the Refugees and realized that they'd seen one before.
Or because my parents went and lit a candle for me last Sunday. Oi.

And the lady at La Baguette asked me what happened to that strange young man she saw me with last summer. -_-;

But no, random people on the street don't instantly realize who I am.
Unless they just don't say anything because they're afraid of accidently offending me while I'm holding a chain with a big scary German Shepherd on the other end of it. I've been going everywhere with Yasha lately.
(I missed him so much. I wonder if I should bring him back with me. I do plan on leaving again, and I doubt he'd do well on an extended gummi ship trip, but that might not be for another few months, and it would be nice to have him at Rainbow's End until then... The only thing holding me back is that it might not be fair to him, but on the other hand, is it any more fair for me to visit him here and only stay a week or two? He's been reunited and the separated from me again in the past. He is a nervous, clingy dog, but maybe he's adjusted enough to it by now that it wouldn't hurt him so badly.
... you know, I think I'm comparing his mental state to mine. Well, they do say pets take after their owners, or vice versa.)

On another note, I was digging through my old games, looking for something to play that wasn't Kingdom Hearts (though I must say, the final battle of the first game is very, very satisfying these days...) and I found Chrono Cross, which was actually my favorite game. Kingdom Hearts used to be second favorite. Now it's a little hard to judge fairly...

Anyway, point is, it occurred to me that Chrono Cross is also a Square Enix game, and it involves parallel worlds. Since Disney worlds that weren't actually in the KH games are real, I kind of wonder if the same applies to Square Enix worlds that aren't actually Final Fantasy. I know that logic isn't completely smooth, but it's a thought.

Ari, Ray, are you still alive? Should I be worried?

If you don't reply to this, I'm going to go look for you.

I've never been to Port Royal, I wouldn't even know where to start. Do I need to find out about location spells? I know Howl can make something like that but, I'd rather not go see him if I can avoid it.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaa... @_@;

I'm going insane.
