What the fuck just happened? I mean it, what the fuck just happened?! One minute, I'm just spending some time relaxing after work, the next, I'M FLUSHED DOWN A COSMIC TOILET, THROUGH THE FLOOR OF MY OWN DORM ROOM, AND TURNED INTO FISH.

I. HAVE. GILLS.

And, apparently, whatever force of nature saw fit to play polymorph, waterproofed my laptop. For which I am immensely grateful, however this does not change the fact that I'm typing with fins. God only knows WHY my fin finger are able to do this, but that's neither here nor there.

I've already sent an e-mail off to my supervisor, explaining the situation. I'm not sure whether he's going to call me crazy, or just say I'm lying. Either way, help.

I need to be back at work in two days, or I'm gonna be AWOL. Which, for those of you who don't know, is VERY FUCKING BAD. Also, judging by the presence of the other talking fish, I'm waaay out of my travel radius.

So... Ummm... Can some one come pick me up?

Er... You in Atlantica? If you are, we can meet up somewhere and take off. I want to help at Radiant Garden, though, so that's first priority. Someone else could probably take you back from there.

Awesome. He said King Triton's castle was about two miles north of here. That works.

If you can get get to to RG, I can call in from the embassy there, assuming it's still intact anyway. And, hopefully, I can have someone from there vouch that yes, I was plucked out of an ocean, am currently on another planet, and will be returning to base as soon as possible.

... God, that sounds crazy to me. And I'm typing with fins. FINS, people! And talking with FISH.

Believe it or not, things like this are pretty much normal for us.

I can meet you there... uh, soon. I still need to figure out the swimming thing; it's really not as easy as the games made it out to be, augh. And don't worry about vouchers - you've got the lot of us on your side in this.

So what sort of fish should I be looking out for?

As illogical as it may seem, a walleye. Which is weird, because they're fresh-water fish. I should probably be choking or something.

Imagery wise, remember the evil looking fish from the Sword in the Stone? That's basically a walleye. Or rather, that's a pike, which looks almost the same, but has sharoer teeth and a slimy body.

I'm gonna try making my way to the castle, in the mean time. That should make a good meeting point. Just look for the long skinny fish with a laptop.

Should I be worried about a cover story or something here, or are the locals used to people popping in and out on an inter-dimensional scale?

I... Generally we just pretend that we belong we were are. We're not supposed to mention things that are happening outside of this world in a way that makes them realize that there are other worlds, or something like that. So just... act like you belong, like you're a visiting fish or something. That ought to work well enough.

Still, that reminds me of something. Didn't King Triton in the first KH recognize that Sora and Co. were from another world? I don't really see how it could affect anything, really, but it's something to think about. Seeing as I haven't played BBS, did something happen back then?

Anyway, I suppose I'll see you soon enough at the castle. And from there, it's on to Radiant Garden. Which is supposed to be a raging battleground right now.

... God, what I'd give for my Airman's Manual. My first aid is going to get waaaay to much of a work out.
