[Magically locked to Song]

What did I say about consequences?

Loss of memory counts as damage in my book.

I assume you are controlling his body.
Who were you, if not Josiah? Or, if you will not answer that, then how did you come to be inhabiting his subconscious?

Will his memory be restored when you finish whatever it is you're doing?
And if so, how soon will that be?

Unfortunately, most of us do not have the luxury of immortality. Josiah is a valued member of the Refugees. He's an asset. It is an inconvenience to have him in his current state, and if you are not going to tell us why you need him like this, then I at least ask you to restore those memories within a reasonably short amount of time. You owe us more than that, but I don't expect to get much cooperation from you.

Was that a freudian slip? Morality instead of mortality?

Whatever the case, I think you're being pompous and disrespectful, and I think you have distanced yourself from humanity more than is healthy.
Coming from me, that's an inch away from hypocrisy, but it's true. I don't want to be your enemy. I would rather understand you and even help you, if what you're trying to accomplish isn't harmful. You are using my friend, so you cannot say that it's none of my business.

Trust me, I know what you mean, because I've often argued the same, but humanity does have a few good points. The ability to care about others so much that you would endanger yourself to protect them, for instance.
Humans are social creatures. It's instinct, and if you were ever human, than there must be some need for companionship in you, even if it's buried deep. I will offer that, if your goal does not go too far against my moral standards.

I will speak to you whenever you wish. I would rather that than put up with your silence while you reside within my friend.

Your manner of speech is beginning to remind me of the last humanity-begrudging immortal with questionable motives whom I befriended. I hope for the sake of your own well-being as much as mine that you are less corrupted than Xemnas was.
