I didn't even know there were cats in hollow Bastion. Dunno why.
Let's see, how did I say this to my dad when I was a kid? Oh yeah.

"I, uh, found a lost kitten. Look at him... he's so cute and all alone. Can I keep him?"

I'm calling him Bugs.

"Radiant Garden" It hasn't been called Hollow Bastion in years. And why wouldn't there be cats?

As far as I've seen there are cats on a good portion of the worlds.

As for keeping it... That depends on where you're staying. If you go home the only thing you have to worry about is if your house/apartment/whatever allows pets.

If you want to stay in Radiant Garden there are a number of pets in Rainbow's End and even if you don't want to stay there plenty of the apartment buildings allow pets.

Yes, if you decide to come and stay at Rainbow's End, you may keep the pet, provided you provide your own food and take on a share of the litter-box cleaning. Also, if your cat ends up getting in fights with the other cats, you might have to confine it to your room.

You would be welcome to come and live here. There are plenty of rooms, and I provide plenty of food.
