The second event log - getting lost in the Realm of Darkness - was immediately after the first one. You were there for a week. Then you reappeared in the Realm of Light in the Keyblade Graveyard no later than a week and a half after the first log. So either you're still wandering around over there, you got a ride somewhere else, or Ray portaled you to Disney Castle.
